Best cod released in years. Finally a long campaign that keeps you engaged again. Not just constantly sneaking around and using stealth if you dont want to. I do like how every mission has its own distinct overlying theme or scenario. The emergence mission in itself has underlying tones from "control, atomic heart, and dr who". I kept asking myself, am i playing call of duty rn? 😆 and the guns... best assortment of weapons released in game ever. As a 90s kid this game is pure nostolgia 🔥 just seeing and using the ar180 itself made me geek out a little bit. Plus theres a lot of obscure, and experimental 90s weapons included that just feel right. The only thing that bummed me out a tiny bit is the soundtrack. They totally missed out by not dropping in some more 90s bangers

Well, above average, but emotionally, not as good as BOCW tbh. Last time, we went to Mt. Yamantau with Mason and Woods, with Hudson was alive, this was nostalgic. But this time, we go back Vorkuta, without Mason, Reaznov and their 8-step plan to escape, kinda disappointing. On one hand, we need to honor BO2’s campaign, one-of-the-if-not the best CoD. On the other hand, without Mason, Hudson, Menendez, I did not feel emotionally connected to this campaign.
