In this video I have explained how non-carbohydrate sources like lactate, alanine, propionyl CoA and glycerol are converted to glucose in gluconeogenesis process. All the important gluconeogenesis enzymes are explained with their function. Important enzymes fr each of the gluconeogenic precursors conversion into glucose is explained.

You are great sir....one of the best explanation ever on this perplexing topic....thanks a tonn...:) SIR...a little doubt aroud 18:46...you have 1st told that it is fructose 2,6 bisphosphatase but then you started using fructose 2,6 bis phosphate..i think it is must be " bisphosphatase"

You might have little confusion between those words. I recommend you to watch this video below to get more clarity on that regulation on that step.
