Of course it would not be needed if they made carpets as good as they used to. It's funny how they put the onus on installers to make up the difference

this technigue is only for direct stick installs wont work if you have to heat seam it

Interesting applicator. The biggest problem I have seen is over applying the sealer and guys mashing the yarns into the latex..yukky.

i did notice in some of the pictures the carpets had delamination happening no seam adhesive would have saved them plus some of the carpets were well worn and very thin

all this does is break your row off from the bottle being dragged along side the 2 cut rows and smoosh the floor adhesive into the seam from being dragged in your glue this is just another gimmick a manufacture trying to make money on in the real world just seal each edge individually so you dont drag this thing along your seam and bust rows off because not many gluedowns are cut pile wools, there cheap narrow row commercial carpets with brittle rows to begin with

It's always the same with these videos telling you the way you've been doing it is wrong and this new tool is better!! Yeah that's until they invent a another tool and so on. All crap save your money just don't seam seal like me!! Lol
