This is GREAT!!! We are a family of 8. Three of us are gluten free. Your recipe has won over my super picky wheat eating aon. He said "this tastes like real rolls". Lol, he woke up asking could we make more. He actually calculated how many pans our oven could fit. We will make more and try additional recipe's. God bless you, our journey will now be easier, tastier and less expensive.

Hi Mikael Family! I love this story - especially about your son calculating how many pans could fit in the oven! Super smart! He knows how to get what he wants :) I see that you are commenting on the Soft & Fluffy Dinner Rolls Recipe...I've also just posted a recipe for Parmesan Herb Dinner Rolls (mild herb flavoring). I adjusted the recipe to make these even bigger and fluffier. I hope you'll give them a try for your huge, wonderful family! Go to www.glutenfreehabit.com. XOXO!

Hi Miss Linda: My name is Rose and we are from New Orleans. I just subscribed to your channel. I simply adore your video, mainly your style; it is crisp, clear and easy to follow. And thank you so much for the detail explanation. It's the little details that matters sometimes as it shows you put so much love and care in your work. I have 5 kids, one grown and 4 school-aged kiddos. The 4 younger ones (10,11,12, and 13) were siblings who my spouse and I adopted a year ago who were separated in various group homes for many years. They never had much of a normal life before at all until we got them. I cook and bake just about daily and I am so glad I found your channel. I have been looking for great GH recipes simply just to reduce gluten in my diet. My family is not allergic to gluten, but I am allergic to lactose. I just love to cook for these kids and most of the time I don't eat what I cook as I can't have the cheese or milk in the ingredients, but I want my kids to experience what it is like to have a good and loving family life. I am ordering all the GH stuff I don't have and will be making these as soon as they arrive, mostly probably early next week. Great work and I will be looking at your other recipes as well.

Thank you for this recipe! They turned out great after my second try. I replaced the cornstarch with Trader Joe's gluten free flour. I used the entire packet of yeast (recipe calls for 2 tsp, pkt has about 2 1/4 tsp). Also, which was my problem the first time, I had problems with the yeast. When I proofed the yeast before, it never foamed. This time I used hot water from the tap, added the sugar first, stirred, then added the yeast and stirred, and it foamed after a few minutes. My husband and son loved these. They don't have the grainy texture that gluten free products often have. They are amazing.

If the water is too hot it will also kill the yeast

Just to let you know Im 63 year old lady who is a very good backer so I got all the flours and three of the best books, looked at loads of KZbin. I have got to say I think you are the best, lovely way you do your videos, and was very impressed with the rolls, I am going to do them. I have an request can you please do the brown bread with loads of seeds and roughage in them, like a wholemeal loaf if you know what I mean. I did make one and it was good but Im sure with all your experience you would make a beater loaf. I like to slice it when its cold and put it in the freezer for when its needed. Also what is your recipe for Crumpets, I love them with eggs. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming Gwen UK
