Thank you for the info! My Dr refuses to acknowledge celiac disease but I’ve had every symptom my whole life & recently I was on the verge of committing suicide because I felt myself dying & I was in so much agonizing pain for so many years, I wanted to die instead of a slow lingering horrifically painful death while being a burden on my loved ones. I decided to try a gluten-free diet because it was the only thing I hadn’t tried & within 2 days my horrible migraine that had lasted months was gone & all of my horrific allergy symptoms were gone, too. My depression lifted etc so I kept researching. I cut sugar, soy, dairy & meat & switched to all organic fruits & vegetables, vegan sugar free (stevia) protein shakes, nuts, beans etc I feel better than I’ve ever felt & I’m 47! My Dr still won’t believe me I can’t get a DX & I’ve been completely disabled w multiple autoimmune diseases for years not to mention chronic debilitating intractable pain- yet being told it’s fibromyalgia & the rest is in my head... Mostly my diseases are gone already w exercise but I’m weak & achy I know it will take time to heal maybe a long time I’m just so angry at everything I’ve lost due to Dr’s writing me off as a lying pill seeking hypochondriac. I’d be dead now if I listened to them & I'm fighting for my life I’m 108 lbs & 5’6” because my intestines were being destroyed for years by my immune system. So frustrating & so so sad but wanted to say thank you for trying to save people like me!! My hair was falling out, I had arthritis, osteoporosis, psoriasis, chronic migraines, fibrocystic breast disease, acne, horrible allergy symptoms, so so many symptoms I have constapation so bad I have to take 6 laxatives to go to the bathroom, I know I was in end stage celiac disease. I looked like death & felt like death. I’ve already had cancer (cervical & uterine plus an 8 CM tumor in my ovary) all my life I’ve been called a liar by Dr’s. I’m dirt poor & suffered depression (which I thought it was from always being so sick). Dr’s just wanted to hand me antidepressants & get rid of me. Guess what MOST OF MY AUTOIMMUNE SYMPTOMS are GONE including depression but it’s so hard to afford everything I need to be healthy. I have no insurance now but when I did they said all my tests were normal except once at the ER I was told my T-Cells were through the roof & my temp was 106. They checked me for meningitis & when that was negative they told me my fever & pain must be caused by stress (unbelievable) I was told I had atypical antibodies but they said that meant nothing. I’m walking 2-4 miles a day til I can heal my intestines & build strength & enough weight on me to work on putting on muscle. I pray I can get through this & it’s not too late for me. The medical system in this country is DESPICABLE! I’m thankful that at least I feel vindicated it my soul- I know I never lied & I was/am horribly ill.

I'm reading this 2 years after you posted and can identify wif every single thing u wrote, Tami! I'm 47 and only just discovered i am highly possibly gluten sensitive. I hv suffered more than 30years and all the gastro doc could tell me was i have IBS and sent me home with no advice on how i can deal with it. In the recent 2 or 3 years, the horrible migraine headaches and brain fog were so debilitating i really felt like dying would be better. It has only been a week since i went going gluten free but i am already feeling on top of the world. I wake up every morning without a single ache or pain and hv the energy to get shit done throughout the day, instead of dragging myself around like a zombie. I am happy u have got ur life back and pray as i write u are feeling even better than before. Tq.... It's comforting to know we're not alone, because when i try to explain to my friends and family avt my condition, it's not always met with great understanding especially in a Chinese culture where every freaking food is dripping with sugar or flour and served with rice.

In Haiti or most Caribbean countries, rice is a staple, we eat it everyday, and we pride ourselves on being healthy people, but our rice was tampered with. President Clinton pretty much caused our rice to disappear from the market, he flooded Haiti with American rice (duckduck go it) I wonder if our rice is different, Meaning- if it has less gluten or none at all, like wild rice because we have a lot of heirloom seeds. Either way, I grew up eating Haitian rice, definitely not the same rice I eat here, Something is amiss. I went grain free for a few weeks, and I did feel amazing, but I went back because I miss rice, Doctor Osborne is a God sent. May God continue to bless him and his family! I learn so much from Doctor Osborne everyday! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Just listened to this tonight Dr Osborne Totally agree Asian and black people eating rice and wheat / grain do suffer from diabetes and other related health conditions.This is so true their diet does have an impact in different ways. No one looks into the nutrition side to what is causing their health problems,lots of sugar is part of their diet and fried food.The food they eat is part of their culture and have been raised eating it. Thank you for the excellent presentation. Kam from UK 😊

👍Good video & info to consider. I have a non celiac (as far as I know, I will not go to a doctor) gluten allergy - I get a terrible histamine rash reaction with hives & welts if I eat anything with gluten in it (all of this just stated 2 weeks ago never had a gluten issue per se) - I don’t really like rice very often, but when I do I never have a gluten symptoms. If I eat rice I usually eat brown jazmine rice, black rice, red rice. I even find relief from stomach issues sometimes when I eat rice. Sometimes if my stomach is upset (for what ever reason) it seems to calm my stomach and I can hold down food. I like the rice with a small pat of good non GMO butter or ghee, pink Himalayan or sea salt & fresh cracked pepper seems to work. 😁

I react even worse to almonds or walnuts than to peanuts! Nuts are all potentially contaminated with mycotoxins. Besides that almonds are high in omega 6 and super inflammatory. Soaking it sprouting and when possible peeling the nits can help in digestion. I personally have learned and experienced that excluding all kinds of nuts and seeds unless sprouted into microgreens and also excluding all kinds of cooked, baked or fried starches and eating alkaline organic produce instead is a more healing diet than a nut and starch including diet. Even quinoa or tapioca or chia and flax seeds (except when sprouted into microgreens...).

Highly grateful for your passing of information I have done a lot of research to come across this idea and to have it confirmed rather than testing it again is so much better. I have never had many skin problems and when this intolerance spiraled out of control I felt on the verge of losing my mind. I’m seeking treatment and keeping my knowledge growing. I’m currently going through an attack and still feel a bit weary about what to eat but I am considering paleo options minus some factors. Are there any red flags about corn? Being it’s so genetically modified?? I hope for a future where people can trust the food industry 🙏

Salad 3 times a day, have found salmon patties with red quinoa as a filler to be a go-to for lunchbox fare. Occasional store bought GF brownie mix for a treat. 47 years old, 20.3 BodyMassIndex, 13 respirations/minute, 120/81 BP tonight. For the last two weeks I did my own elimination diet and researched this same thing and found out that I am Fructose Intolerant, Insulin Resistant. No Dr told me about Fructose Intolerance and I discovered that it goes hand in hand with Celiac Disease usually. . I did Keto for 16 months, minimal vegetables and felt a bit better, lost 80 kgs . I have been Carnivore for 4 months and am improving in leaps and bounds. I thought I’d fine after all this time and ate a couple of rice crackers with seaweed on them (Gluten free?) and corn cakes. I was up most of the night sick as a dog, never again, was praying to die!!! As you can tell, I survived and I am going to stay on a Carnivore diet forever. PS, just purchased your book 😉

All this 'gluten free' business, this allergy that intolerance, these bodily inflammatory responses to whatever, air intolerance.... Is a symptom of a much , much bigger picture/ issue. If a certain population in a particular geography,exhibits consistent intolerance to stuff like dairy, gluten, night shade vegetables, etc... It means that said population is just overall unhealthy. Humans have been thoroughly digesting grains , wheat, cheeses dairy with absolutely no prob. so long as the food items were/ are organic, pesticide free, and properly soaked/soured/ fermented prior to cooking / consumption. Today we have a population that are 'industrially ' born in hospitals and traumatically birthed, then administered totally unnecessary array of toxic vaccines that destroy infant gut flora.

God bless you. This is basically what I have been saying for a while now, except you put it together very eloquently. For example where I came from in the Balkans, when you go to the remote villagers or farmers, this is what they essentially live on, dairy products and wheat. People have been living on dairy products and wheat for thousands of years and suddenly we cant consume them, there is something wrong. I agree that there is something really wrong here and unfortunately people in the West are like sheep, dumbed down and cant think outside of their bubbles. I have no doubt that these people who ever they are treat us like their fucking cattle and I am sick and fucking tired of it. I guess we need to spread the message, one person at a time.

I have gluten sensitivity and my doctor also found that I had lead and arsenic poisoning a few years ago. I wonder if the heavy metals were from my childhood diet. I had a lot of issues with my legs as a teenager, they wouldn't work in the mornings when I'd wake up. I never find out what was wrong with me and eventually it stopped. Related to the hm's and neurological backlash of gluten?
@DirectorHMAN
@DirectorHMAN Жыл бұрын
Arsenic has been found in some baby food, maybe it froms rice formulas and rice milk. Lead can be found in paint. But amalgam fillings and vaccines contain neurotoxins as well, It's possible that the gluten creating small holes in the gut allows these metals to penetrate the blood brain barrier.

Rice is not highly glycimic, or else bodybuilders would not use as a staple food. Arsenic is an issue with brown or whole grain rice, not with white rice, as arsenic is contained in the outer shell. Ignoring this discredits your claims. Also rinsing rice, whether brown or white lowers heavy metal content, and is always recommended.
