Watch my exciting scramble along Heather Terrace and Bristly Ridge up to a breathtaking view on the summit of Glyder Fach in the Glyderau.
This is one of my favourite winter routes; the views are incredible and the terrain is fun and challenging. The snow initially got the best of me, but I came back for another attempt and I'm glad I did - what a perfect day.
These two routes are a grade 1 summer scramble, but the ice and snow certainly push up the danger in winter - this is a grade 2 winter climb.
