Do you have any thoughts on intrathecal injection into CSF and where those injections end up? Is this a way repair brain or help with inflammation in brain area?

My neurologist in Toronto apparently knows nothing about this… lol he’s a joke.

To be fair, many neurologists don't! It's amazing how long it takes some info to percolate into the community. I teach this to my Biomedical classes and I was amazed to hear the neuroscince cohort tell me that nobody in their department seemed to know about it either. Part of this might be due to some researchers debating it's exisitance. A review form just a few years ago essentially discounted it and argued, instead, for the old-view diffusion model. Personally, I'm sold on the work of Nedergaard and her colleagues (shown in Tad's excellent video), but the textbooks won't pick it up for several years to come.
