As a brit... if i ever visited L.A. the first place i would visit is the coffee chess cafe, forget the walk of fame, hollywood, theme parks, stadiums etc etc... coffee chess would be top of my "to do list" 😂

Wise choice cousin🇺🇸🇬🇧, I was born and raised there, fourth generation. We call it HelLA, you should try La Cabinita Mexican restaurant in Montrose/N. Glendale- Mexico City cuisine really good, not widely known little secret spot.

Born in L.A. and still have quite a bit of family there. Luckily my parents moved to another state when I was young. I’m sure coffee chess is great, but the city is ruined and would not recommend it. People are moving out in hordes cause of the disaster they caused. Homelessness, handouts, crime, traffic you name it. It’s abundant. For a tourist won’t be as bad, I suppose. I’d recommend Florida for stadiums and theme parks. Anywhere east for history. Joe Rogan had to get out. Listen to his take on it. Ben Shapiro as well. Shapiro being a highly intelligent person with quite the accomplishments. I have every reason to love the city, but I don’t. We have a popular saying on our cars where I live. “Go back to California” Just a heads up buddy.

It’s fun that Fabiano comes on coffee chess. He’s top 5 in the world. Same with Hikaru.

Coffee Chess is a great place where great chess players like Fabiano or Hikaru can have fun, be with friendly people and get rid of stress.

@@AquilaTheHun considering how far away magnus lives i'd assume he'd probably have to stop by if he was playing a tournament in LA, however i'm not sure if LA has any tournaments that would draw Magnus in.

It's Wild when your opponent offers his Rook 3 turns in a row and then pushes a pawn to force the capture! That's how I know I'm not on his level! 😆😆

Great job by Carlini. So close to getting it done. Tremendous when these super GMs come on Coffee Chess!

I enjoy this level of chess much more than GM vs. GM, I couldn't catch up to their thought process behind the move, most of the time I'm lost. But with Coffee, I'm really enjoying it.

When looking at the engine evaluation bar, it’s really hard to understand how this guy could be top 5 in the world, but when seeing engine tactics you realize that they are stupid hard things to find.

So happy i found Qg7. But if Rf8 isnt there also Bb5+?
@sajadsadani7071 Жыл бұрын
what if after g5, white plays h7, attacking Rg8. if you capture Rh4, white captures Rg8=Q with check, then black looses the bishop. but if you move the the rook to h8, first BXg5 then if fXg5, Nxg5+ then black force to play Kf8 then white captures the bishop. so what do you think of that line?

1:40 Wow, 13...Rg8 is a blunder I will probably play also, but GM Caruana didn't see it either (or refuses to play good). After 14.Qg7 black rook needs to move again (capturing the white queen is a very bad move).

I feel like Fabi trolls too much I just want to see him play normally and crush his opponents like hikaru does. either that or the talking throws him off.
