Thanks for the reply. Which one you think is more better in cloning IO terminal or Hexprog and Where did you buy it if you're in the USA?

I have both and many more. Not every tool is capable of every function. So many tools are needed. Ioterminal better on some functions and hexprog better on other functions same as flex or ktag kess and many more. I purchased all original from Mk3.com and some from uhs hardware. Just like Smartpro better for some key jobs vvdi2 autel ect ect... Everyday different tool needed for different jobs.

awesome video bro im facing a situation with a E92 ECM from a 2017 Camaro I was trying to clone it but my unlucky self ran accross an original ECM whose CAN LOW is bad so no way to read eeprom or FLASH from the original I reset the device using OBDSTAR DC706 and attempted to flash using SPS2 through TLC today but it FAILED with a communication error code because SPS detectED that the Donor ECM was not fully VIRGINIZED. CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME A WAY OUT PLEASE??

If I where you I would replace the can transceiver on the original ecm and attempt to read it again they go bad all the time.... Goodluck

@@DFWAuto_Hack yes open original ecm follow pcb traces from can Hi can lo to the can transceiver its a 8 pin chip ... the traces will go thru a filter first then continue on to the can ic 8pin .. the can ic data lines will be tied into a 120ohm surface mount resistor (it a tiny resistor) ... change chip from a donor board and that should restore your issue with can lo and you should be able to read write ecm... Goodluck

If use been used bcm with same part number you need swap only immo eeprom and car will work fine 😀

Thanks for video how do you know what chip it has. I know mine is bosch 13589324 but Idk what bosch option to select. For bcm thank you. Also can it virgin a ecm too in case you wanna refurb and sell.

Hello for bcm you select by mcu on circuit board. As far as virgin ecm, if you have virgin files you can write to ecm. Io terminal also has a eeprom dump editor utility but I've never used to try to virgin. If you can find virgin files online save them to your own database if not start building your own database whenever you get new ecms from dealer, make backup of new ecms as you get them.

I/O Terminal Multi Tool Opel/GM ECU Activation will work to do GM/opel ecm's, keep in mind there are different licenses for alot of the features.... I myself purchased full software kit so everything is activated on my unit, so I don't think not all functions will work you have to speak to whichever dealer you choose to purchase from and they can explain exactly what is covered with each license. There licensing is confusing that why I purchased everything just to make sure I had all functions when needed.... A little expensive but I've made my money back countless times... Goodluck

@@Julicauto no. Once you buy software license it's your... no online fees nothing. Whenever Andreis the creator updates software that's free to update for licenses you have already purchased.. If in the future that a new software module for a new system is created you purchase another license separately.

@@abemakki4007if you purchased ioterminal from distributor you are supposed to give them your hardware key and then they will provide idactivation files for your software. Did you contact your distributor you purchased from??? Who did you purchase from... ????? Must be 100% ioterminal original

Where is the best place to purchase this? My concern it is a china based company and forking out $5k there is no recourse if they pull the plug on this in 6 months. I bought a x431 pro 5 smartbox scanner made by launch that has j2534 which buy the way does not work and they warranteed it for 5 years. I only biught 4 months ago and they refuse to honor warranty. I have ne recourse other than try to sue them as they are china company selling on ebay. $1400 and a 5 year warranty that is usless. Ebay allows this and only cover it for 30 days after that your screwed.

This is not made by a Chinese company the developer Andries is active on forums... They do sell on mk3.com as well as in the USA there is a distributor.... The software once you have activated does not rely on internet connections ... software is 100% ours when we purchase... There is a clone out there but only on gm side and is not very stable alot of people have bricked there ecm using the clone so be careful.... This has been one of my best investments so far.... @@Autokey_Security_Services They list 3 distributors in United States but when you go on their website they have no way to purchase them on one and the other two don't list them at all. Seems shady to me. Other places where you can buy them say shipping can over 8 weeks or more. If you pay by credit card it would be too late to get money back as the credit card company only give you up to 60 day to dispute. Some of the places selling them are also asking for wire transfer which seems scary as well.
