Guys, it’s pronounced the HUFF END Centre. It’s no longer an ‘active’ police base. It’s where they kennel the dogs when the officers are on leave or days off. They also stable the horses there. But the ACTUAL Tactical Dog and Mounted Units have all ‘operationally’ moved to the Openshaw Complex with the Tactical Firearms Unit, Tactical Aid Unit and Tactical Vehicle Intercept Unit. Unfortunately you can’t get in there, or THAT would be interesting. The cafe you found is part of the police Federation building, which is used for parties and events, you can actually hire rooms there.

BY LAW there must be a a double physical barrier of 10 feet , mininmum between any area dogs are trained in and the general public this is in case a dog escapes from the control of its handler. failure to provide such a barrier is a reportable offence ,to the home office , this can result in the licence for training being removed

If a copper on his own and at police premises need to call for back up and armed police dressed like neo nazis paramilitary then what is he doing as a copper. The chiefs of police need to take a look at this and warn the constables to stop calling back up for men with cameras. Chicken liveried constables need to be removed or re-educated on the law. THEY are enclosed and caged... the DOG HANDLERS ie CARERS, SHOULD have intercepted the Lads - Rightly or Wrongly - WAY before those dogs caught a niff!!!!! And the PLOD should have THANKED them for exposing a TERRIBLE SECURITY FUCK UP!!!!!! They COULD have walked up to the fence -according to the TOTAL lack of signage - and FED KEBABS to those dogs with total impunity.. Luckily the Boys are not cunts.... however the cops had left those Dogs Cornered Exposed and Vulnerable without the SLightest fuck given.... It is obvious that you never watched cowboy films. They used livery stables in these films they are for horses. Livery vehicles are horse boxes or as I call them mobile fresh burger vans.
