That muslim guy comes across as reasonable, until you analyse eactly what he said. 1. He wants a blasphemy law specific to Islam - this is known in the Arab world as Sharia Law and 2. Free speech is fine BUT... Sorry pal, you can't have free speech AND blasphemy law / Sharia Law. The solution to this is for any Muslims in the class to be given the opportunity to leave the room for a few minutes - if that's not even good enough, which I suspect it wouldn't be for these people, then they are the problem. They (or their ancestors) came to live in and chose to stay living in a non-Muslim, non-Sharia Western country. They have always had the option to relocate to such a place if they REALLY cared about the prophet's dignity. They also have Islamic schools if theology is the most important educational requirement for their children. No sympathy other than for the teacher. He's an idiot, but a bloody brave one!

Did I hear right at the start of this video that the teacher was trying to teach a lesson on blasphemy and would one assume that he used the cartoon as an example of blasphemy ?? If this is the case and i'm correct in my assumptions, If the teacher is not allowed to demonstrate to the pupils an example of what blasphemy looks like, how is he supposed to teach them ? Personally I think Religious Education as a school subject is a complete waste of time and I don't agree with children being forced to learn the subject, Don't we as parents, normally install belief's to our children regarding religion ?? One big area often missed by the Church and many Christians is that they are called to only judge their own, not those who are outside the faith, and that in judging other Christians to spur them on to good deeds and encourage others within the faith to get back on the right path. Those outside the faith, according to scripture are judged by God alone. This does seem to be something missed by certain other faiths, but possibly something that can be learnt. Loved the video guys, good to see some collaboration.

I remember over 20 years ago (I'm 37) in religious studies we were able to debate religion, the teacher was a Christian, we talked about all religions and it was really enjoyable, there was no I'll feeling, sadly you can't do that anymore 🤨
