Yeah except McDonald's are removing them now, to make way for modernization. My local McDonalds that did the same thing, along with throwing out the Gamecube kiosks that I've grown up playing on, are applying some sort of window or some shit that local school kids can scribble on for it to be applied for the years it's run under that setup. So it's cool, I guess????

The original issue with toys r' us in our town was pricing. Normally when a store specializes in a product you expect better pricing than general product stores or even pricing that can compete with online prices. They were always selling near MSRP prices. Experience in the store is only one part of the puzzle here. Don't forget.

Toys R Us was literally my life.. toys R US got me through many tough times including when I was sick, after hospital visits I would go there get toys and it was not just a store it was an experience seeing them back is just so amazing.

Terry Tomaszewski Most people will still shop online. Your personal info becomes more vulnerable to ID theft the more you shop online. So I don’t do that unless I absolutely cannot find what I need in the physical stores. I’m much more of a traditional, brick-and-mortar shopper kind of man. I’ll physically visit the stores for most of my needs.

I've always said, the only way to move forward is to go backwards in time....at least to a certain extent. Vinyl records are now selling more copies than anytime in the last 20 years, Toys R Us is back, men are wearing Fedoras again, and group harmony is coming back into the spotlight again with groups like Pentatonix.

I agree with that to a point..but often too many people get nostalgic for "better days" and get stuck there instead of making the present and future better days..it's positive but can also be a bit negative..I loved growing up in the 80's but I definitely would not want to go back there,I'm happy in the now which we all need to be 😊
