The problem you didn’t cover is: how to “be invited” to an interview. This is the hardest issue for moms. Most companies don’t call them.

I wish women did not feel the pressure to have it all. There is nothing wrong in staying at home and taking care of your family if that is what makes you happy. Work-family balance is a myth because you are often forced to choose one over the other.😬

True! But it's not always about "having it all." Sometimes you just need more money to get by as a family. Also, in may cases, as kids get older, moms get bored at home. The time between 9am and 3:30pm doesn't have to be an unpaid black hole.

Well in some instances a single income isn't enough and like someone above has said moms get bored.... I actually want to get back into the work force..
