the problem with followup i guess if you send 500 emails daily, then system will be adding to it as follow ups, and you can get banned isnt?

That's true, however, you won't get banned so don't panic! Gmail will just restrict you for a bit and you can reactivate. Their upper limit is around 800 daily emails so as long as you don't pass that, you're all good!
