how can I install and use gmass with firefox I can when im using chrome but when I use firefox the gmass button is missing and I dont know why, could you please help me. thank you

It uses an extension inside of chrome. I don't think there is a Firefox version. You'll need to use Chrome to have it work.

I'm not sure how that's possible. I'd recommend putting the emails in a Google Sheet and following the steps in the video to send via the list.

I'd like to send a personal video into email 1 of all my emails - could you share how that could work with Gmass and its follow-ups? Normally, i have to copy and paste it into my email to make it a GIF - i don't want it to be a link text. If you understand what i mean.

I'm not sure of a way to embed it directly. If you had the link in your contact file and dropped it into the email copy, it should attach it to the bottom of the message. Bit of a different flow tho

Regarding the new Gmail account, can I send 50 emails through Gmass at once as soon as I create the Gmail? If I have to be patient with the warming up of the account, when will I know that it is qualified to send the 50 messages at once?

When an account is fresh, it can be limited to as few as 10 messages per day. You can use the free warm-up service to build your account reputation but it takes a while. You can read about it on their blog

There are a few things that can cause that. The content you're sending, the size of your list and the age of the account you're sending from are the top 3. If your message was low quality content, or contains spam trigger words then you're going to have an issue. Did you warm up the account before sending to a lot of emails? Account warming gets the system used to seeing large amounts of mail coming through that address. You can also read this article on the Gmass site: www.gmass.co/blog/spam-issue-our-fault/ They have many resources in their blog and FAQ, I suggest you look through them to try and diagnose your problem.

Great video. I'm putting together another email list in addition to the one I've been using for years....problem is....I can't remember how I loaded it, the new emai list, into gmass. I have not had that issue. But if you send messages that could be classified as spam, don't be surprised when it's marked as spam.

Hey Marko - On free accounts, you're limited to 500 / day. If you have a Google Workspace account it increases to 2000.

GMASS support is horrible, they never respond. To cancel you must go to the credit card company you use to cancel. Other than that, GMASS is great.
