Had the question asked for the least efficient in that case, both statements together also would not have been sufficient?

But there might be a chance that p+r =15 (i.e. p can be 12 n r can be 3 or vice versa of p can be 13 or r can be 2 ) so if we compare in this scenario then p or r can be more efficient than q. Please suggest

But we cannot finalise on an option if the value is not unique. By your method, either p or r can be the most efficient system. We need to be sure of an option, before choosing an answer.

@@Wizako based on that logic we cant be sure of the above mentioned process either, hence the correct option chosen should have been E
