How is second statement true Since in the question it is mentioned positively correlated to the inflation rate during the CORRESPONDING period However in from 2019 to 2021 it is opposite

Positive correlation does NOT even every last data point has to correspondingly increase or decrease. As explained in the video, the trend should be maintained MAJORITY of the time. And it is, in most of the years.

Sir, isn't the question sort of a data sufficiency as per the question stem... Are you able to assess the facts from given table (y)or not(n), rather than findinng the answer..?I think its 3T ... Correct me if am wrong.

Data sufficiency and inference questions are not the same. When we solve an inference question in a reading comprehension passage, will we say "the topic is discussed even though the option is factually incorrect so I am going to say it is inferable?"
