I get butterflies in my stomach everytime I hear him sing! His home performance of "Nessum Dorma" just done in his living room without any fancy equipment that's on his KZbin channel is breathtaking! It's the best rendition I've ever heard.

Without Charlotte he would not have made it he owes her big time.

And she owes him big time for refusing to dump her as Simon Cowell suggested, and because of that they provided her with coaching and she improved dramatically which gave her career the boost it needed. Jonathan was destined to sing to the world, and if Charlotte hadn't been there to do her part God would have sent another.
