You would only understand it when you are in it. People listening to the story, no emotional or mental investment, say they would leave, ask why you stayed... it isnt that simple. Abusers take everything away from you and it happens over time. You have hope for good, you cant leave on nothing. You cant even manage a smile. I was in an abusive relationship for a year and a half only. If you havent been there you cant understand it. If you hear the story in an hour you cant understand the day after day for a year. It just isn't simple to explain.

Spot on. I was married to a womanfor 16 years..the e.otional mental abuse happened slowly over time ..changing me overtime to a broken wreck with zero confidence. After they isolate u from friends abd family u end up believing that only they there fir u every other human on planet thinks urctrash ..not nice..u feel unlovable...this means then mentally u then rely on them for everything going out. .doing things...they become your entire world and keeping them happy is exhausting as I never stops...u run around not looking up nit realising what's happened. Example she cuddles up picking baby names..we trying fir baby even getting room ready and then l find out she on pill by finding it...while she was in bathroom taking pregnancy test firx29th time when she would come to me saying it negative making me feel it my fault..then on top of that find out she sleepingvwith someone else. Women like this are evil..they are likeca cat toying with a injured bird..they get pleasure from your suffering. 10 years on l stay alone by choice as lm never letting ghis happen to me again. Never again. Fir all u people thinking u would just leave...it happens slowly ...u don't realise. They love bomb you ..u think your their world when fact thats just their way to snare u its not true.. now l would run a mile ..but l didn't know back then the signs.. lhad zero idea someone could be capable of doing stuff like this to me.. it was my first relationship.... its easy to judge when you have never been a victim.

The point is that some people are more receptive to it than others, to be victims. This girl couldn't just have done this to any one of her choice. Abusers most often test people in the beginning, that's why it build slowly, test if their victims would stand up for themselves. They push the boundaries little by little, to see what they can get away with. This girl probably realised she could away with a ton with this guy, to the point of almost killing him.

spot on. its hard to describe this type of abuse if youve never experienced it. the abuse happens slowly and progressively. I had a girlfriend like this once...luckily I got out early. I deleted all contact with her and she stalked me on social media....so had to block her in my settings...

She’s a real monster. When she gets out, I hope she doesn’t come stalking him. She’d probably knife him again.

Jordan Worth was the first woman to be charged with coercion (and one other charge I forgot the name of) in England…. They’re really behind with domestic abuse and unreported cases especially involving men getting abuse. That’s unbelievable to me…. It’s England. Not a third world country… and she’s the first woman to be charged with two of the abuse charges…. And to anyone thinking, “How does this man not get away from her? How does he allow himself to become abused?” He has a meek personality, he’s shy, he was submissive. Be understanding and know that maybe he’s not like you…. Because you obviously would’ve gotten away… Would’ve fought for custody. He was very reserved and non-confronting

I do not know AS nor have I ever met him but he is one of the most calm and logical people that I have seen in the media. He comes across as a beautiful soul. His voice is so soothing. This dude could stop someone from having a panic attack by just reading the phonebook to them.

To all abusive relationship abusers abuse is NOT love. It is NOT possible for a target to have a loving relationship with anyone who terrorizes that target.

Even though he’s very polite and well spoken, he seems to have some developmental problems. He was probably abused as a child, so his tolerance for abuse was already pretty high.

The victim blaming is absolutely vile. He has a meek personality not developmental problems, furthermore there has been several instances of muscular athletic men being abused, because they didn't want to appear weak or get accused of something or due to another insecurity or social issues

Although Jordan is most definitely a perpetrator, never forget that she is most definitely a victim, suffering physical and mental abuse, including coercive control for over 4 years inflicted by Skeel.

Are you serious?How is she a victim.She nearly killed him mercilessly.There's no excuse of what she did.A lot were also abused but they didn't do that to others.What Jordan Worth did was not something a normal woman would do 🤷🤦
@ericadunomes Жыл бұрын
Unbelievable! You obviously did not watch the full story. She did all of the abusing. She’s no victim in this case. She took this man away from his whole family. Threatened him with taking away his children. Starved him practically to death and beat him to close to 10 days away from losing his life before he was finally able to get help. And she did that for 5 years. She is no victim.
