I know they've been around for a while, but those Topeak mini ratchets are amazing - easily my favorite tool.

I love mine I just think it's so cool having a ratchet that small but it's so useful!

Oh, dear! Am I the only one who's struggling to keep up with the new mountainbike techs/stuffs comin' out of their closets every year? 😅 Here I am stuck with my Giant Talon 2 (2017)! And I'm still adorin' it! Lots of love, cheers, & Mabuhay, from my end--the Philippines! #RideOn #KeepBiking

No need to keep up. If you aren't racing professionally, you don't need it. If you are racing professionally, you get it for free.

Neil, concerning the Giant stem adjustability around an internally routed cable / hose and I call BS! There is no way that situation around that stem and headset is "easily" adjusted. You know that this is a nightmare come to bloom. Good luck with that, Sir. - M

The "tech" going into grips is hilarious. The highest wear area is going to vary depending on style of riding. People that jump/pull on their bars a lot will wear through the fingertip area first because of the concentrated forces that happen when pulling. Keep grips round and thiccc. No need to fix something that isn't broken.
