Great video, easy to follow, useful tips and you get to the point. No time wasting talking about nothing useful, thank you for the help!

These dumbass engineers get crazier every day. Who the hell buries the spark plugs under the damn intake like that? I have a 17' with 50k. I bought the plugs but will hold on to them for awhile with this kind of fuckery. EXCELLENT video! To the point just the facts 😎

I was thinking the same thing, like goddamn all that for a spark plug.

Just FYI, the Engine Intake Manifold Seals are $9/EACH, not $9 for a set. You will need 6 of them!

Yeah everything on those GMC's is expensive like a freakin import but I like my 09 so guess I'll just have to deal with it

Thanks for putting this up! There isnt much out there on these newer Acadias. Cant even find a Haynes Manual! Do you know if there are torque specs on the manifold bolts? Also what gap should the plugs be? Thanks!!

What's your Opinion on the intake gaskets if they really needed to be replaced or were they OK to Reuse again?
@joshuaarellano36833 жыл бұрын
What’s the name of the gasket kit because the auto parts stores near me don’t have them.
@FalconsGarage3 жыл бұрын
just "intake gasket set"

Did you have to use that spark plug socket that was that long or could you use a regular length one?

Hello I'm Matthew Gomez and I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying the holidays. Your videos have helped me tremendously so thanks so much the guidance 🙏 . My question is after I completed the thermostat and temp sensor replacement I forgot to connect the throttle body harness connector. Turned on the 2019 acadia 3 time without realizing the throttle body was not connected. Vehicle is vibrating on a cold start, please let me know what I possibly damaged? Thanks for your time,patience and help 🙏 .

A good idea might be, (depending if you want to spend a little more) to replace the thermostat, and engine coolant sensor while you have the intake off!

This is crazy. I just put new plugs on my 2017 Buick Enclave and didn't remove anything more than the big plastic cover.

You can easily get to the rear plugs without taking off the manifold off. Thanks for the unnecessary freak out.

Not really. Different than the 1st Gen Acadia V6 you speak of.
