It's a mid range loud speaker. It's not a bass speaker. The bass is descent. I have subs so that's why I went mid range loud on my doors. You can't go wrong with them. It's a durable and reliable beast

You can tell a big difference from the suck factory speakers bro without an amp. I think it will sound even better when you put an amp on them. It's not a bassy speaker, if you are looking for bass. Its a mid range loud speaker.

If you have a vehicle that will mount the 6.5, I will definitely go 6.5 all the way around. I have midrange 6.5 scar audio 4 tweeters, and for my bass, I have 2 American Bass ES12 shallow mount subs on a 1500 audio pipe Amp. I recommend 10s or 8 inch subs. For under seat 12s, it's not enough air space. I'm upgrading to 2 10s soon

They are 150 watts rms a pair. You have 4, so that's 300 watts rms total. You can run a 4 channel or 2 channel amplifier rating 300- 800 watts rms. I prefer getting a bigger amp for future hookups, but 300 watts will do the trick, if you on a budget

I run 4 and 4 super tweeters off a jensen xda94 4 channel. Ch 1 &2 high passed to the tweeters(running 2ohm per channel) Ch 3&4 through a passive crossover also at 2ohm a channel. Dyno tests show 130watts per channel at 2ohm. Gets down pretty good

I am just not getting any bass... I think the wiring in the is too small or I need to buy tighter fitting RCA cables and solder everything down instead of twist and tape the wire.

Those speakers are useless, I bought two RXP69 and they are not even heard, it just sounds as if they were blow out, I turn up all the volume on my radio and they are more horrible, I connect them to the taramps amplifier and they are not even heard they do not work, for that buy me some Pioneer ts-a6960f are better than these skar audio.
