Usually the class provides the report / the SART test is mostly included in the class checklists. Therefore we do not create extra papers separately for the SART test. It is normaly not required and waste of paper. You should mention, that a check of the SART via Radar and AIS SART via AIS is also possible.

Thanks for the comment and for sharing your experience! Yes, it is possible to check the SART simply with the ship's radar, but this is a primitive test that only confirms SART signal reception by the radar and does not show the exact SART parameters such as signal level, frequency range, etc. For cases where a primitive test is not enough, a SART tester should be used.
