honestly it's annoying the cheerleading theses nfl people do for the ravens. The ravens don't need this win more. No question Pittsburgh needs it more and its not close. they just want the ravens to win more so they can keep cheerleading.

They both need it for different reasons. The Ravens need it because 9 of 10 L is awful especially since the Steelers are in the playoffs. The Steelers need it to get the division as they can lose to KC in their next game. Those two loses could give the Ravens the division.

@@billywilliams8378 the ravens don’t care about that head to head record. Lamar was injured for 2021 and 2022 home game and they rested starters in 2019 and 2023. If the Steelers were in a position to rest starters, they’d have more losses in that record too. They need this win for a chance at the division and it’s as simple as that.

@@fadya.3660 In the past I believe they didn’t care about it but it’s been mentioned in the media as much as Jackson v Mahomes. The reason Baltimore and Pittsburgh was a rivalry was due to the teams being similarly constructed (hard hitting D running the ball etc.) The team most like the Ravens now is Cincy (top 5 QB in the league good to great D except both this year their Ds were bad) and Jackson beats Cincy almost every time they play. This season unlike previous ones the Steelers are in the playoffs and losing at home would really show they have the Ravens number especially given the close loses in the past.

@ you’re confusing what the media cares about with what the Ravens care about. If they cared about head-to-head record against the Steelers, they would have played their starters last year. It’s as simple as that. Fans and media blow narratives way out of proportion because all we can do is talk about football while they play it. They just want a SuperBowl.
