My playing has considerably improved with a few tricks from Hikaru: - say "should be winning" every two or three moves - squint your eyes when the position gets complicated I don't recommend the "looking away while calculating" trick though, tried it without success

Kramnik - if you look closely you can that there is a reflection in the wall behind him that shows a screen. I’ve used my strong glasses I can see the reflection says stock fish. Also did you see the way Hikaru moved on his chair suggesting a vibration equipment to help him identify moves, very similar to the way Hans moves and we all know about Hans.

@@andromeda9818 I don't think there is inflation. In OTB chess it is the opposite. I would guess the same for online chess. The reasons for that were discussed by Naka himself. It is a bit mathematical, but the fact is that now 2800 OTB is very much harder than 5-6 years ago.
