Lobster Pincers: Same as Lolli except with Bishop supporting Queen. Bastion: A knight placed excellently in the middle of the board or deep in the opponents position, supported by one or 2 pawns, but the opponent's pawns were taken or are too far advanced to attack the knight. (i.e. Knight on F5, supported by a pawn on e4, but the opponents e and g pawns are unable to ever attack the knight) Wooden Shield: Same as bastion except bishop instead of knight Can anyone else think of any others that Hikaru regularly uses? Although he didn't come up with the nicknames, as I believe all of the above were created by none other than the Chess Legend XQC.

On my best days I'm like 1350-1400, and theoretically I'm a pretty good chess player. I watch Hikaru and sometimes I feel like we're not even playing the same game. Every time he says he has a good or bad position I want him to just stop the clock and explain exactly why.
