Theres something called en passant (idk if thats how you spell it but wtv) basically when a pawn moves on its first turn, and there is a pawn next to it it can take behind it. Hope this helped

With every passing day, every game levy plays, every hikaru recap of his games, I feel like hikaru is right that levy will not make GM. In a vacuum levy has the skill and ability however the nerves just destroy him. I’m not a very good chess player however I’ve played other sports at a higher level than most and you need nerves of steel to reach the top level also the dedication and focus aspect of it does not help levy’s cause. His streaming and making content for long hours works against him. Hope he does but again I am thinking hikaru is right 😢
