@@bedeehiogu2159 GMs generally have a exceptional visual memory when it comes to patterns and shapes, but not necessarily in every other category. That being said, Magnus just has an exceptional overall memory. It's just the gift he was born with.

I always wonder.. why would people like him.. and also hikaru .. who has the best momory and analysis and also read a lot.. why would they not study medicine and be greatest doctors becouse when i was in med school i remmebr how much i strugled in memorizing .. and i know a lot of people fail.. but i would my house that magnus would never forget anything.. or fail any exam.. becouse it all comes to memory. Good analogy but.. the diffrence is that a 6ix grader may told longer time but will eventually solve all the problems even if he had to go read a little but in chess if those people had a whole day they would still not defeat magnus at best they may drow but I bet my whole savings that they would not win against magnus

New game mode for a lesser player to play Magnus: No concede, king must be put in checkmate, but with one exception, at any point during the game, you’re allowed one time to swap sides with Magnus. Therefore he must either get you in checkmate before you see it coming, or Magnus must always leave himself a way out of his own trap, knowing that at any moment he must play a defense against himself, but he doesn’t know when.
