Fast chess requires solid knowledge of patterns and the ability to guess things. Some people say it is dirty chess. We cannot come up with solid ideas in bullet chess. Most of the games are not perfect. Rapid chess is the best chess after classical.

Very true. I think "hyperchess" where the entire game ends in 30 seconds is just reflexes and premoves not real chess, but bullet chess is real chess, even though it's only about three or four moves deep.

Daniel played 85 games, winning 63 out of them, Hikaru played 71 games winning 60 of them, Hikaru win rate is much higher. The only reason he lost is because he was streaming and people played even losing matches till the end to get stream air time. This format is shit, Hikaru was literally much better

Bullet and Blitz isn't real chess, it's a load of cobblers. You can be thrashing your opponent and lose by a second. That's just stupid. How many players will carry on when they can win the game on time, even though they have been totally thrashed, 99.9%, which makes nearly all chess players ungraceful tossers. I bet all the players commenting on here wouldn't resign, because all they care about is winning any way they can, even when they have been thrashed. Chess is mostly played by sad mentally ill people with big ego's.
