Nah as a animator I can confirm that having Kai’sa doing this dance would have be HARD. I possible dont get me wrong. But they also would have to take HUGE amounts of time to make sure her move wouldn’t look robotic. Also this kinda perfect since Kai’sa loves to dance lol. Kinda disappointed we can see her more but yea

From what I'd heard on the grapevine, Bailey is choreographer/Riot dance consultant for K/DA, so technically you ARE watching Kai'sa. She's the main dancer of the group, so I think Riot let Bailey have the spotlight for it. Not all the videos are going to be a cinematic, nor are the ones so far. Baddest was just a lyric video with some nice graphics.

I don't see how watching the choreographer dance is the same as kai'sa technically you are seeing Bailey not kai'sa those are two different people but she is playing kai'sa instead of just having kai'sa. And everyone was expecting something like evelynn's video it kind of set the bar and with the baddest some people thought it was going to get a video also.

If you guys still wanna see the actual characters dancing Drum Go Dum, I would suggest reacting to the Just Dance Video of Drum Go Dum. It's probably the closest we will get to see them really dancing the full choreography.

I watched it and I became so SAD T_T Dont get me wrong... Bailey (the dancer) is amazing, really! And I know it's a "concept" video, not a real MV. But we got a full animation for Eve and I really hoped we'd get something similar for Kai'Sa... It's *HER* song and we wanted so see *HER* . Drum Go Dum is (apart from the title track More) my favourite song of the EP and Kai'Sa is my favourite champion, so this was quite disappointing. We expected more than seeing Kai'sa's face flashing several times * sad Kai'Sa stan noises *

I for one really liked it just as much as all the other kda videos if not more. The only problem was I think that it appealed to the wrong audience by accident I would say. Because someone like me who I'll be honest doesn't play much league but I still loved the song and video because I'm a choreographer. And I found it very fitting for kai'sa because she is the main dancer and choreographer and wanted the song to move people. And I'm glad that the gmineo group enjoyed it even tho it wasn't what they had hoped for. This year was sad because I was really debating whether I liked kai'sa or ahri more and they didn't do her good. But I was very happy with this.

Bailey is fine. She put in a good effort. I have nothing against her at all. My beef is with riot thinking this was the right direction... K/DA is a fictional/virtual band. If I wanted to see a real person dancing to K/DA music I could already do that on KZbin before this video came out... I am here to see Kai'sa and/or K/DA. Like give me old ipod commercials where it's just Kai'sa's silhouette on a solid color background or at least have Bailey cosplaying as Kai'sa or mocap her so they can dance side by side... A couple of still images here and there does not make this a K/DA Music video... Its just a dance video that happens to have K/DA music in it. Which for anyone other than Riot would be 100% okay! But Riot has the means and ability to do so much more and they said "Fuck it, We cannot be bothered."
