Regarding 21;00 about bomb shelters - as far as I remember, here in England we didn't intentionally make the subways for shelter during WW1/2, people wanted to take shelter during the Blitz, but were turned away at first, so civillians instead bought train tickets and then refused to leave. The tube stations slowly became more and more outfitted for night time residence and daily life with services and vendors, people had to make do but kept cheerful and upbeat. 'No but yes' basically. Also, what a pretty, run-down looking location, really well done.

If you love this, I cannot recommend The Forgotten City enough, it was a Skyrim mod that became so popular they remade it into its own game, where it won BAFTAs for how great it was.

Oh, also as an American living in Scotland, the mixture of old and new is very common here! Cathedrals have been renovated into apartments or offices inside, victorian buildings house Burger Kings and phone repair shops and castles sit next to shopping malls. Industrial factory ruins sit next to brand new high rises and the most important music club in the history of music - the Marquee Club - is now just a chain restaurant under the name The Montagu Pike. You can walk down an alleyway straight out of Oliver Twist and see a TK Maxx superstore tucked away that you'd have never known about if you didn't go down that path. Europe very much is like this, it's insane.

Nice video! You honestly make some cray good content, but I had a suggestion for you: Have you ever tried Old Minecraft, like the Beta versions? I've been playing Beta 1.7.3 for a while now and i think you would love it. It's creepy, it's comfy and I think it will be really nostalgic for you. (as always, just a suggestion. Highly recommended by me tho :D)

Thanks :) Unfortunately you can't reach those, but that's on purpose, you COULD back on old versions but it went off the concept i was aiming at so i removed it, with the concept being: The player is stuck on the worst parts of the city; slums, factories, suspicious alleys... with only a glimpse of normal places they will never be able to reach, being the normal buildings all around

To answer some questions in the video: Yep! People in RP servers do often furnish rooms, and in most (if not all) servers you can claim a door and get a personal key for it too! Theres really 2 types of players, ones who furnish a room for looks first and functionality second, and those who do almost entirely function, with the basic (imo ugly) building pieces in the spawn menu.

Oh hey i was waiting for a gmod upload to post this! I dunno if you have all of these but I just wanna give a list of some VR compatible/VR exclusive mods for Gmod. No guarantee all these are compatible or for current versions. Half life 2 VR: weapons remastered VRmod simple hand physics VRmod object weight [VRMod] Melee System - C.A.H.P HD Props Overhaul vfire dynamic fire WeaponSets - Loudout Weapons Walk on moving props I dunno if Vmanip would do anything as it's an animation library but it might be worth checking out due to the fact it's an offhand animation library. And some sort of mod that adds a functioning backpack. Map suggestions(I'm sure I've forgotten some you've played and mention them here but oh well.) abyssal plain(had a pretty major looking update) Renostruct_v2(while it doesn't say anything explicitly spooky or exploration it does give some strange vibes.) Construct 13 beta(revisit. Maybe check out the Custom Hybrid+void version?) Otherworlds sandbox multiverse map(just looks extremely interesting.) Atomic Aftermath night and day Gleb(I know nothing about this one but the name tells me it has to be good.)
