Showing a new kawoosh for the gates - created using a model with shapekeys to control the 'extrusion' and a custom shader to make it look somewhat nice (at the moment its a simple shader, and its using two models - one for the outside, and a slightly scaled down version for the inside with a different material). Also there is a new model for the Pegasus gates to go along with the Milky Way gates (courtesy of David Gian-Cursio for the amazing high poly models for both of the gates).
With the state that s&box is currently in, there won't be any progress on the gates anytime soon. Progress should resume after the scene system replaces the current entity system.
