Will a kevlar helmet, plate carrier, and duty belt fit in the main bag with a rifle in the side bag? Great video.

Easily, I can fit my belt with my Safariland mid ride still attached, airframe helmet with earpro attached, plate carrier and still have room for gas mask bag, ammo and mags

Side bag can fit two rifles if you don't mind the paint getting scratched

If you don’t agree with the ethics of it I understand but I’m curious how close the TMC is to the original, would be very interesting to see a comparison.

I buy repro stuff ALL the time. I used to wear the TMC GMR minimap clone and it was pretty solid but it glew under nods among other things. I would buy the goalie bag clone but the bags are so big that I don't really room for it. As well as I don't feel comfortable buying repros of things that are supposed to work under distress like jackets ( lv 5 pcu's ) and load bearing bags. You can trick Instagram but you can't trick real life.
