GMS MapleStory Petite Luna (Vac) Pets! Explanations and usage.

Hello everyone! I was a little bored today so I made a low-effort video explaining what the Petite Luna pets are and how they work! Great guide, I got one yesterday on my first try, Grinding for items is much easier, great (although expensive) quality of life pet. Also to add the pet skill expanded auto move cant be used on these pets. Bought one and learned the hard way.

last week i bought 2 wonderberry packs and got a sweet luna on the 1st fuse and on the 2nd fuse i used the sweet luna and got a petite pony from those 18% - incredible !

the one thing you didnt touch on is how to extend the life? i looked and you need Wonder Black Water of Life. but thats not in the loot table for the items? how can i extend the life of the pet?

Any water of life can revive the pet. You cannot extend their lives. You can only revive them when they die and you can either use water of life from the cash shop or premium water of life from the auction house

Well its all RNG. Some people spend 750 to get a single pet and some spend 50. I see what you mean though

Thnx for video! If I only have one vac pet.. Does it matter in what pet slot should I put it in? I mean out of 3 pet slots and position

No It doesnt matter which slot you use. They perform the same in each slot

I like to level by grinding, this would be lovely to have. Not sure about the price tag might be worth it for just one. I moved to reboot this year, I hear they might be bringing these vac pets to reboot. That's why i'm here now, to see if this would be worth the money. It's a maybe at the moment. I think 500 dollars or less should be the total for one of these.

For reboot its 100% worth the money. Reboot is all about how much meso you can farm and the vac pet increases your meso farming ability by at least 50% I'd assume.

yeah that will give you the best chance at a Petite pet

I use every pet equip on them except expanded move. I've also only put HP/MP on a single pet

Is 1 vac pet sufficient for looting an entire map?

yes 1 vac pet is sufficient. Having more than 1 simply increases the speed and offers a slight range boost from the pets being more spread out around your char.

Hi, is there a way to make the pets permanent? it kinda sucks that they have a duration of 90day only

No as of todays game version there is no way to make them permanent. However with tradable water of lifes it is relatively easy to make them "permanent"
