Very informative. My husband and I ordered this after we watched your video. Just tried it for the first time today and it's awesome. I was using a velcro belt strap with two dumbbells on each side of my hips. To say that this is an upgrade, is a true understatement. Thanks again!!!

Best review of this machine on YT! What is the width from tip to tip of the weight plate holders? The advertised width says 31" but that's just for the foot platform

The weight plate holders are 9” long but only 8” is usable because they have a rounded tip

If you’re talking about the GMWD glute bridge machine, it looks like it only loads on one side so the weight capacity is gonna be less

Ok so mine just arrived but am I soppose to hammer the side arms to the bearings? It’s really difficult hammering or at least tried to do it but I’m stuck on that part

@larrylarralde1709 yeah you’ll need to hammer it in cause it’s hard to do by hand since it’s a tight fit
