GN250 Topspeed Autobahn

Testfahrt auf der Autobahn A96 Richtung Lindau. Nach Tacho läuft die GN hier 135 km/h!

Key rattle -yes I've got that as well. Only ever got my GN250 up to 120Km/h - and that was downhill with a massive Nor West wind behind me ! Usually cruise at 100Km/h but forget about overtaking anything. Wow - 135Km/hr ...nice!

I ran out of gas twice with a GN because, as you wrote, it burns so little fuel that you forget it needs fuel.

its not only about power to weight ratio, its coefficient drag also will have to improve. these 2 criterias determine top speed of a small capacity engine.

wow, fast, My GN250 droped both exhaust valves at 120kph, because of stuffed cam and rockers, the bike now has New Piston Bore, and anouther head.

Da ist doch bestimmt ein 16 Rutzel drauf. Deine dreht in allen Gängen niedriger bei bestimmter Geschwindigkeit als meine. Ansonsten super Moped

It's wind noise on the mic - not a rattle. Next noise would be a BANG as no 250 single could stand that pace for long. Would do 100ks all day, but 135ks for only about 15mins i would think... Great vid tho

change the size of the sprocket wheel (gear)

@@elvitothedon2506 Nada más con el sonido te das cuenta del desajuste que tiene, se siente como si alguna pieza está floja y roza, ese no es el sonido normal de ese motor. Aparte hay que ajustar las válvulas, hacerle mantenimiento al carburador y cambiarle la relación (cadena, corona y piñón), te aseguro que la velocidad final será superior.

@@tata7976 Puedes ver que no sabes nada de este modelo ... ¡Esta velocidad ya es su límite, y no encontrará en Internet ningún GN 250 con motor original más rápido que este! Este alemán tiene varios videos de ella; Ciertamente puso piñón de 16 dientes y ajustó la carburación. este motor no está diseñado para la velocidad, no funciona bien a altas velocidades.
