Ideas would be anything you do or have done including....derby specific off skates strength training workouts and/or ideas, derby specific off skates cardio training, on skates warm up ideas (without teammates), pre-game warm up suggestions, hitting drills and how to take a hit. (just to start with - sure there will be more)

I am interested in knowing what exercises Ariel has been doing to move her upper body separate from lower body to avoid taking hits. And what drills can a jammer use to work on that.
