What a shame he isnt more famous today. I love his work. But i suppose this is where we'll all end up, huh? Even if we master our craft, sooner than later we will be gone. And unless our work is absolutely incredible, it too will be forgotten :( he was 78 in 1961... that means just his works of art he created in this little short film are over 63 years old. I doubt his grand children kept any of them... nobody respects their familes or the past anymore it seems... but here we are. The very few of us watching this, looking into a portal of a master artist from the past, making what i believe are priceless works of art. If only i had something my mom or dad made to keep with me. And i too, will be gone before you know it, and all my precious items cast to the wind, or resold "if im lucky"

What incredible talent! 😲 Theres something about puppet art that gives off impressions that marionettes have alot of personality in them. Much to a tee. And I thought I saw this on KidPix once with the little movie snippets.

1:48 this one makes me think about mr. Roger's Lady Elaine puppet... I wonder if it's related.
