UPD: Emmie actually sang, she's a good exception from the rule (about which i wrote in following sentences) : In stand-in's, performers don't sing (generally), they just stand/move/open mouths onto recordings (with vocals), it's for the camera-views check. (it means, you can't know how that woman sounds from this video; but in one of the rehearsals (where there's also a sound-check) she actually sang it, and nailed it, so she's good, but that video isn't in this collection).

@@itsfinns2483 yeah, i rechecked that, you're right. i just watched a lot of videos of stand-in's, and almost in all of them the singers (or the people that stood instead of them) were not actually singing (which is not surprising; according to the name, it's just a "STAND in"). so Emmie is more like an exception from this, and yeah, she nailed it (x2). ok, now all of us know a little bit more about all of this

in "semifinal jury show 1", there were serious technical problems with the monitors (~2 sec delay), so "show 2" was needed... nevertheless, Kateryna synchronized her singing using the dancers' moves as the reference...

When I watched Eurovision in full with friends, we thought the semifinal performance for Shum was better than the final. Her face was more intense and expressive. We complained the camera work in the final was very choppy and kept jumping around and zooming out. But seeing them together they are more similar than I thought.
