DS9 got rid of his interfering ass in one episode. Sisko punched him and connected. Q was so shocked he left. This is what you call a very subtle foreshadowing to Sisko's parentage, but at the time it looked more like he was the first person who could catch Q while he was too distracted to teleport away from the oncoming blow.

Likely the Kronos One might have been gifted to the Federation sometime after the Dominion War which would make sense if new peaceful relations with the klingons and the federation gave a opportunity for the Klingons to gift the Federation a ship that originally gave peace to both the Klingons and Federation in the past and to remember in the present. As for the bird of prey... Well.. The Klingons likely would have seen it simply as a prize the federation grabbed from what essentially was supposedly a rouge klingon officer and crew. To them it likely wasn't a issue due to being captured during a fight which involved the death of its crew and officer in combat and against the Enterprise crew no less. Probably was seen as a honorable capture and war prize.

Q bothers Picard because he knows Jean-Luc will play his game and solve his latest riddle. Here, he wants Mariner and the other Lower Deckers to do the same thing. Given the day they already had, the guys didn't have time this and just walked away. Q then became that annoying kid that won't leave the others alone, despite being told that they were done for the day.

Everyone talks about how Sisko punched Q once and he never showed up again, and whether that was failing his test or passing it, and I have to say that's a fundamental misunderstanding of the dynamic. Q is the fastest way to cause Picard to lose all dignity because Picard can't stop himself from playing Q's games and solving Q's riddles. That's what makes him hilarious on TNG. Q exists to remind Picard that for all the gravitas and respect that Sir Patrick Stewart attempts to bring to the role with his Shakespearean training, he's still as the Mock the Week sketch points out 'talking to the ambassador of the f-ing worm people'. You cannot break Sisko with the knowledge that he is talking to the ambassador of the worm people. He is well past that. He thrives on that environment. He has long ago given up on attempting to maintain his dignity, and is completely focused on attempting to maintain his station. That's why Q can't do anything to him - not because he's the son of a weird space god but because he simply won't react in an amusing way. He neither bends nor breaks under Q's bullying. How do you break Sisko? By needing his help. The Bajoran Prophets play the role of Q for DS9 *because* they are powerful in ways that Sisko and Starfleet can't be powerful in but utterly helpless otherwise. And while Sisko couldn't give a damn about Q summoning a mariachi band into his ready room, Sisko can't ignore someone who needs his help. And it's especially hilarious if they need his help by doing something that he has no idea how is even possible and has no frame of reference for while he is patiently trying to explain to them the concept of linear time again.

You know what? I LIKE Q. Sure, he's annoying and inconvenient for our heroes, be they Picard or Mariner, but you have to remember he's also basically omnipotent. The fact that he chooses to be annoying and not lethal - even when they basically insult him directly to his face - shows a level of restraint I don't think most godlike beings would demonstrate. He may be a bit aloof about it, but he pulls all his shenanigans in good fun. Well, most of them. Also, people can gripe about Season 2 of Picard all they want (I'll always love Borgati no matter what and I still don't understand why they ignored her existence for the S3 finale), but seeing Q unsure of his own future as his powers failed him was actually a really great moment. Obviously it could use with some more explanation, but it served to humanize the character in a way.

It's also worth noting that while Q is appointed on at least two occasions to find a suitable pretext by which to destroy humanity, both times he deliberately interferes with the test to ensure that the subject somehow manage to pass a test intended to be impossible. He is a professional asshole, but he isn't really hostile. Sometimes he is under orders to be hostile, and on those occasions he intentionally screws it up.
