No party is ever a small occasion at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center. At a recent event celebrating Job Corps' 60th-anniversary, distinguished guest after distinguished guest presented the Los Angeles center with certificates, plaques, and even a scroll in recognition of all it does to help Southern Californian youth.
