Update for Kaci, I posted that my wife and I were getting divorced. It's not official yet there was a technicality. She's doing counseling with me with our pastor we're going through the fireproof workbook. Please pray for that. I'm just really trying to keep my family together.

I've been really, really struggling in my faith lately. I feel so much resentment, anger, and frustration with God and how He has let course of my life play out. Furthermore, even though He has helped me and healed me immensely, things are still quite bad overall, and I feel like my life is already wasted and there is no point. After I was nearly indoctrinated by an insane Korean Christian cult recently, I've felt such a strong disconnect and distance from God. Now, it seems, any time I think about Him, it's only negative things. Please say a prayer for me.

Praying for you. I encourage you to read through the whole Bible. A great reading plan is The Bible Recap with Tara Leigh Cobble. I read the whole Bible last year and it showed me who God really is and how much He really loves us. Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. James 4:8.

We get to know God through His Word. The relationship will grow as we continue to seek Him in His Word. The flesh is weak but the Spirit is willing. At times I watch verse by verse biblical sermon on the chapter I am studying, in context or Paul Washer on KZbin. I personally learn a lot more by taking notes using the SOAP Method. I pray the Lord sparks a desire and hunger to seek Him in Scripture through the nudge of His Holy Spirit in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 🙏🏽🎚️

Oh my goodness, I have been watching coverage of the political news and I've had to pull the reigns way back on that. It's easy to get caught up in it and it does change your mental thoughts. So I've had to get a grip and realign myself into prayer, devotionals and reading my word.

I don't think we have to turn a blind eye on the things Israel does. I certainly don't think Israel has always acted the right way. On the other hand, there are a lot of promises in the Bible for Israel and we can't ignore that. I do believe Israel has a right to their country and land. I just think it is important to remember that in this world nothing will be perfect and as it should be. We should pray for both sides and hope that the conflict can be resolved in some way. There is a long history between Israel and Palestine, which makes things even more complicated and I believe a lot of people (including me) don't fully know or understand everything that has taken place, so I cannot have a very definite opinion on the conflict and I don't think I have to. I do believe there is a way for Israel and Palestine to both exist in the Middle East right now and that is what I pray for.
