Hello! I did not isolate the instrumental track nor I recreated it. The karaoke version was released with the Go Go Mario!! single in 1986. I found it uploaded on KZbin here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpPXaZuuZciHiJY Because the original single has a higher pitch than the original NES music, I just lowered the pitch from the audio enough to match the in-game one.
