@@HorrorFreak68 I disagree. LOL Studio recordings can use as many takes as they want for each singer or musician. They can get a flawless recording. Live recordings often have mistakes. Plus they can also use multiple tracks of the same singer or instrument in the studio to make is sound better.

@@HorrorFreak68 It is subjective though. I do like studio recording. Not a fan of hearing audiences cheering over the music or singing along. I'd rather hear the band that I like without the added noise/sound. Like listening to Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon from the multichannel SACD. That's as close to perfection as it gets (in my opinion). Wouldn't be the same with a cheering crowd.

It's too "perfect". I don't understand how or why they would want to play such classic songs in their discography so close to the original studio versions. A song like Head over Heels is screaming for an interesting and extended piano solo, a (slap) bass solo, and a hard driving drum solo but the girls NEVER do this. It's their show, not some kid's bar mitzvah. They could take a whole lot more risk and semi reinvent these beloved songs but instead they play like they want the performance to be played on radio the next day by some approving DJ.

I once got to see Belinda do a solo show w/Gena drumming. I was front row, 5' from Belinda and 15' from Gena, with a perfect view, and she's GREAT!

Over the years from the 80's and 90's, few drummers had played this song but the sound so stiff and it doesn't sound better, but when Gina sat on the drums it sounds perfect and the way it supposed to be sound Gina is one of my all time favorite drummer....

Well the Hollies started in 1962 and weren't inducted into the Hall of Fame until 2010. Some things take time, but I agree there are some more recent inductees that should not have been inducted so soon.

Only after watching this twenty seven times did I notice 3:36 when Belinda gave the shout too early, the band kept playing like the professionals they are, Jane and Kathy looked over at her, she resumed the song, and nobody in the audience noticed the mistake. Perfect.

i always liked the Go-Go's but I was never obsessed with them until recently. I think it was the Showtime documentary and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that gave me a new found appreciation for them. When you see what tremendous musicians, writers and performers they are, you realize that this band was something very special and was overlooked for a long time by many in the music industry.
