At 4 minutes they play a new song, Sonic Superslide. It was a only time when they all wrote a song together. Charlotte, Belinda, Tina, Kathy, and Jane all contributed to this song. It was the first and only time they all wrote the song together but it made them much happier as they all felt they contributed to it. On this fourth and last album, everyone contributed but only one member - Charlotte Caffey, the primary songwriter in the 1980s, contributed to almost every song on the album. Even in the end she was the primary song writer but shared credits with every member of the band. Automatic Rainy day was Gina Schock's contribution with Jane and Steve Plunket. Unforgiven, the huge hit second from the end, was Charlotte, Jane, and Billy Joe Armstong of Green Day.

This band is from LA sort of like X. Yeah some of us are from Australia and we really mean it. I love the sound of f-111s flying over downtown LA sure I go there sometimes and can see it from my hut. Are we badass yet? Yes of course we are I love some local bands but really when you want punk noise this is what to tune into. Look at Belinda and Jane runnin' on the 405 in their skivvies mixing it up in rush hour traffic. Los Angeles is so stinkin' glamorous. Walking the freeways here is safer than driving and usually faster than driving. LA is a cruddy dump but still better than most towns. They don't do it for the money this is heart and soul of Los Angeles.

They were so in demand when they started that The Police begged them to be the opening act on their World Tour.....they accepted and by the end of the tour The Go Go's single went to number one passing the single The Police had on the charts at the time.....how about that.....

Exactly how this band plays nearly gives me a heart attack. They dive, they swoop. They're kind and bring me back to my place for free. Sort of like Heart. None of these need the money they just give because they love planet earth. This is all post ww2 our planet was really messed up about that. Now earth will be a really nice place if we can all get out and vote for nice people for senate and congress. Sure I've been here for a long time voting like this but I need some help. Don't vote for any of those haters, please. We think Iowa will vote our way but we're worried about Ohio. C'mon midwest let's all get together and get some nice people into dc.

About 30 years ago I walked around midtown Pasadena and thought to myself this place could be NYC turned on its side. And here it is. Blame me if you don't like it. Yeah I'm from Pasadena and Northeast LA. Town's so glamorous. Tom Bradley was a great mayor of LA and I voted for him in Pasadena. Or I would've if I'd been in LA at the time. Los Angeles is a total crappy dump but I'm stuck here due to normal gravity. Vermont is out past Western in a few miles from the beach, inland from the 405. We have an election coming up and every vote counts. It's a given that I'll vote for Hillary but also vote for people who will be with her in the senate and congress. West Virginia do you hear me? Give me this please. We need West Virginia to side up with Los Angeles about this it's critical.

Planet earth is only about 8800 miles in diameter so we have to choose our friends carefully around here. This is how I choose.
