Install the spring/shock at 5• giving the shock more stability on rough terrain about 5 after on a clock would be better and give enough room to work.

Which metal did you use.

Are the upper and lower arms the same length? I tried building the a arms and have both top and bottom the same length. When it's compressed, I noticed that that wheels pushes outward. Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal! This is because the arms rotate up and down on a pivot point, creating a slight circular motion. You will notice it more if the resting angle of the arms is steeper. If there is no angle (flat across) the wheels are pushed out as far as they can go... increasing the angle up or down, will bring the wheels slightly closer to the centre line of the kart

Normally it won't be a big deal if you're driving on loose terrain such as dirt or gravel. Pavement will wear down the tire a little faster.

those front A-Arms are way overdone in fact the whole front end is a lot of weight there I guess the square tubing is okay a lot of people prefer it but honestly I think the round tubing looks a lot neater
