Awesome guys! I can't wait to see this one rip. I've been watching your craziness for a while. Best gokart content on youtube hands down. The best part is I recognize some of the spots you guys go. Keep building awesome karts and making awesome videos guys

Duuude, for a good steering, use dead grinders good gearbox, as simple as that. If you find a bigger grinder for more robust gearbox, all the better. Can be cheap, effective, headache free

Ingenious use of a chain as the rack, did you weld the chain down?

What type of welder are you using? I'd really like to build one with a front suspension like this, but what I don't know is - how to determine loaded ride height to be able to get my spindle bolts level, without it being compressed to the finished and installed ride height. I feel like if it's totally extended and you level the spindle bolts, then once you install it and put some weight on it, the spindle bolts will no longer be configured for 0° camber

Building everything so stout, then "spindle" wimpy as heck.

Sure looks like it, however we've always done the spindles the same way on every kart we've ever made. It has never been an issue. I've had the kart for nearly 2 years now and never once has the spindle come off or bent. Bent the rim, but the spindle was fine! Thanks for the comment!
