Sincerely think Crop needs to be promoted. He's one of the few cops that actually acts like a cop and keeps things fair and professional in the PD (for the most part) as well as doing great police work. He constantly calls out cops being unfair and breaking rules but has no power to hold them to that and often gets punished for it.
