In the description it's said that all the footage was filmed at hi-speed (400 fps). So when you play it at normal speed (30 fps or so), it'll be already in slow motion (roughly 13 times slower than the "actual" speed). So actually they've had to speed up the non-slowmo parts to make em run in normal speed.

If you have snow or soft sand to jump in to, it can really help. Other then that, it is VERY important to commit; the biggest reason to why people fall is becouse they "chicken out" once in the air. Sorry for my poor choice of words; english is not my first language. My tip would be to work it over water, and then snow or sand, and then soft grass or soft moss. If it is scary to commit, nice music can help, as long as it doesn't boost your adrenaline: adrenaline often clouds the sight. =)
