Started following JP just before the pandemic. The first week of lockdown, a girlfriend of 3 years, breaks up with me, i was devastated. Lock down didn't help either. I couldn't drink or smoke my miseries away. JP's videos helped me throughout that. Unemployed and looking for a purpose in life. I cleaned up my room and hit the books, qualified as a pilot. Lost my mother last year but I was the strongest person at her funeral. Fell in love again, got married to the most beautiful woman in the world, who received blessings from my mother before her passing. I bought both 12 rules. I'm looking to grow spiritually so I can't wait for the next book. In the nutshell JP helped me grow as a young African man, from the Kalahari desert, in SA 🇿🇦, and I've never met him. I love this man.

Yesterday i went to the doctor and on the depression questionnaire, i was able to answer "Never" for questions like "how often do you experience overwhelming feelings of sadness?" 4 years ago, i couldn't have given that answer. Dr. Peterson is the reason I am able to live a happy healthy life. He made me a better wife, sibling, daughter, and generally a better person. Strangely, i also used to be far left and this election i voted for Trump. 🤔

Sorry for your loss jordan. I lost my father almost 10 years ago, At the age of 26. He died in a workplace accident. And still to this day i miss him. My daughter who 6 at the time misses him deeply still. Unfortunately he died 3 months before my second child youngest daughter was born. He never got to meet her although he was very much excited to be a grandad again. The year after my youngest child was born. My son who has so many of my father mannerisms its uncanny he reminds me everyday of him. Its something you never get over. We just carry on the best we can. I think almost every sons hero is their father and i lost my hero and the hurt is still very much there. The best i can do is try to be as long as i can for my children. But in the mean time make sure they know just how much i love them and how very special they are to me. My life would be nothing without my children. They have kept me together when my mind was failing me. They still keep me strong. Can i also say i genuinely love your passion and empathy for things. I still have many dark days. More dark then light actually. But listening to your words have help me see clarity in many ways. And also helped me to learn new ways of thinking. Thank you for all you do for people jordan. May god bless you and your family.

Peterson denied any wrongdoing and filed for judicial review.[26][24] Peterson's appeal was reviewed in August 2023 by a panel of three judges of the Ontario Divisional Court, who unanimously upheld the college's initial decision[27] concluding that the ICRC's reasoning in their 2022 decision was "transparent, intelligible, justifiable, and reasonable" and ordered Peterson to pay the CPO $25,000 in legal costs.[20] The decision was upheld on appeal to the Court of Appeal for Ontario in January 2024.[28] In August 2024, the Supreme Court of Canada declined to hear an appeal from the appeal court decision, closing Peterson's legal options for resisting the social media training.[29

Joe probably wouldn’t do it, but I’m sure he’d be happy to have Piers on the JRE!

Why? What would Rogan have to offer in this scenario?

Rogan too big for Piers show and wouldnt like to see him dictate the discussion. Piers should go on Rogans show if they are going to have a discussion.

Wow. Jordan Peterson is such an incredible human being. He just feels his emotions so openly. No matter what they are. He laughs with as much abandon as he does cry or rage against injustice. He’s been on the receiving end so much injustice. Yet he continues to give and to teach and stand up for all the people who can’t stand up for themselves. I always come away from listening to him feeling like I’ve really been privy to something I am grateful to have heard. Thank you Piers for this wonderful interview. Thank you for knowing when to let someone speak instead of constantly interrupting. This was thoughtful and insightful. Well done to you both. ❤
